Meghashree Cargo Express staff will pick-up consignments from your office everyday as per customer requirement.

2% Risk charges will apply for shipment’s value above Rs.5000/-.

Company will take all the precautions for safe delivery of the Shipments at the destinations.

Volumetric or Actual weight whichever is higher will be charged eg ([Length x Breath x Height] = Kgs).

Insurance of consignments will be at consignors side, Shipment insured by us will charge at 2% on the face value of consignment.

E-waybill has to be provided by consignor at the time of pickup if value is more than Rs. 50,000 (Outside State) within state if the value is above one Lakh.

Shipment under IATA Cargo are obliged to follow a set of government-approved resolutions that establish the rights and duties of both the courier and the airlines. It also enumerates the procedures and prerequisites for members who want to get industry accreditation.

Monthly bill will be provided on Last date of every month. Please check and verify within 7 days, after 7 days no correction allowed you have to pay full payment. Which you have to pay within 30 days from the bill dates of the bill. Payment delay charge @ 2% per month will charged if party fell to make the payment within time limit.

Bills / Invoices submitted should not be link with claims / damages, as such cases should be settled separately on mutual understanding

Rates of courier Charges can increase if there is any increase in Airlines rate which we will inform about the same to the higher official

GST will be applicable as per central govt. rules.

Fuel charges will be fluctuating costs on above Rates

We shall be thankful if you make the payment by RTGS/NEFT in our favour of “MEGHASHREE CARGO EXPRESS”. Account detail will be submitted along with the bill.
